Every morning Room Service commences with procurement in the
form of fresh deliveries. Fresh daily arrivals include
vegetables, poultry, beef (undercut and tenderloin) and
seafood, which is delivered straight from the port.
All meals
are cooked fresh using top quality ingredients. The fragrant
herbs, and even some select vegetables, are home-grown for
organic purity. In an effort to eliminate added chemicals
and preservatives in the food, the chefs use organic cream
and butter and no MSG is used in any of the recipes. For
healthier and better tasting cuisine, all meals are cooked
with olive oil and are mainly comprised of in-house produce,
in particular organic when available. Room Service grows their own
herbs and chilies, makes their own special tangy sun-dried
tomatoes, and even offers homemade pasta.

are a friendly and down-to-earth team of well-traveled
professionals with experience in the hospitality industry.
Interenational standard hygiene policies are implemented to
ensure safe and hygienic food preparation. In addition, all
food is prepared fresh-to-order right before delivery to
ensure that your meal arrives fresh, hot and flavorful.
Rather than using less-expensive aluminum containers with a
paper top which can get soggy during transit, the meals at
Room Service are packaged in special hygienic plastic
containers that keep meals hot until their arrival.
