TexMex and Spanish. The focus is on fresh ingredients and

unique to Olé, but full of flavor and healthful ingredients. Mehboob Khan is known for his internationally influenced
recipes with the use of fresh ingredients to create
nutritious and lively cuisine. With all of his talent and
expertise, he has created a special menu that visitors of
Olé are sure to appreciate.
Olé is always serving up the unexpected with its impressive
variety of exclusive recipes and drink selections from the
mocktail bar. The bar offers extraordinary options of tasty
and refreshing drinks such healthy seasonal smoothies, milk
shakes and 100% pure seasonal fruit juices. Choose from some
entrée favorites including the
Chimichanga- a stuffed parcel of lean chicken cooked in
imported Mexican spices blended with mixed veggies, Jalapeno
peppers and cheese, then deep fried and served on bed of
sautéed veggies and home-made salsa fresca, then drizzled
with oyster sauce; Prawn Jammers- jumbo prawns stuffed with
cheddar cheese, breaded & deep fried, served with BBQ mayo
sauce; The Stuffed Beef Steak- stuffed with spinach, cheese,
and mushrooms cooked to perfection, topped with tarragon
sauce and served with sautéed veggies or the Lamb Chops with
Creamy Spinach- four pieces of succulent grilled lamb chops
marinated in blend of imported spices, served on a bed of
smooth creamy spinach along with sautéed veggies.

thirst quencher made with pineapple and juices; the Peach Delight,

made with coffee, milk and a few unexpected ingredients; the
Tropical Rain, a blended treat of fruit, juice and yogurt, and of course, the classic Piña
Colada.
