Neelo’s beauty salon began 12 years ago and was created by Nilofar Pirzada. Neelo wanted to establish a one-of-a-kind salon and spa in Pakistan, where clients could enjoy the same luxury and ambience that they would get at international salons. She also wanted to provide the best working environment for her professional staff who have been a source of strength and encouragement throughout the years at Neelo's.
