THE CONCEPT & INSPIRATION
Grilled Chilliz has a passion to serve
its customers with quality and ample servings to ensure the
most rewarding dining experience at a good value. The inspiration behind Grilled Chilliz is based on
the desire to offer top hospitality to food lovers and the aim to
provide customers with a perfect experience from the time they are
welcomed to table until the farewell greeting from the staff.
Whether visiting for a special weekend dinner for two, for a
memorable dining occasion with family and friends, or
enjoying a sports match with a great burger, guests are
always treated with great hospitality.
Grilled Chilliz aspires to provide a combination of
casual yet upscale
dining while offering a good
meal and drink. The restaurant's main dining hall has a
capacity of 85 guests, with each table offering its own
distinct and cozy setting. In addition, another
space for 20 guests on the ground floor is also available.
To let regular customers know they are valued and
appreciated, priority cards are issued to the customers which
eventually encourages them to visit more often while
receiving special discounts. Comment cards are placed on
each table, encouraging guests to offer valuable and honest
feedback to help the restaurant serve its guests in the best
possible way.
THE CHEF & TEAM
Chef Obaid, the chief chef, and
the head of operations at Grilled Chilliz, are both fully
trained and have and international level of extensive work experience.
Although the menu is comprised mainly of continental &
Italian food choices, the chef’s signature items are his
steak & grilled dishes. With over 20 years of experience in
the food industry, he has worked with numerous renowned
establishments and manages a team of fifteen which assist
him in the preparation and serving serving the dishes. In
addition, experienced chefs exclusively serve dishes that
have met the restaurant's standards of quality and hygiene.
ON THE MENU
The menu is mainly comprised
of continental and Italian dishes. The restaurant is proud
to offer unique and exclusive recipes that are offered all
with quality, quantity, affordability and continuous
innovation. Top quality meat, chicken,
seafood and vegetables are used in food preparation and bottled water is used for all drinks and mocktails.
Most of the
desserts are made in-house for homemade taste and quality
assurance. Over 100
dishes are offered on the menu which are cooked in their traditional styles.
On Fridays and Weekends, the menu also includes a Chef's
special.
Some popular dishes include
the Mexican Chicken,
Chicken Moskava, Tandoori Fish, American Chicken Burger,
Grilled Chilliz Platter, Jalapeno Chicken Pasta, Surf &
Turf, Black Pepper Steak, Sea Food Platter and Chilliz
Cilantro Fish. In addition, the floor-Manager is always available to assist guests
in selecting the perfect menu choices for each individuals
desires and requirements.
Grilled Chilliz also offers home delivery. The delivery rider boys are
experienced and extremely efficient in tracking locations.
