At Bina Khan we provide
sumptuous and detailed services in a beautiful, flower
filled, chic salon that serves as an escape from the noise
and bustle of big city life. Our salon has two stories with
two distinct moods, the upper level houses the entrance and
the busy salon floor with its distinctly urban and
glamorous feel. The second level is a peaceful, tucked away
refuge where our clients tell us that time stands still.
At Bina Khan no service remains ordinary and everything is
embellished with thoughtful details. While hygiene is
obviously key in any salon space, we take squeaky clean to a
whole new level. Our waxing starts with a 2
minute exfoliation using a body scrub and an exfoliating
glove, ensuring less in-grown hair, less dead skin and a
more pain free experience. After you have been wiped down
with a warm towel and powdered up, your waxing begins. After
your pain is over we wipe you down with a warm water and
anti bacterial soap soaked towel followed by another wipe
down with an ice water soaked towel, to ensure your pores
are firmly shut. An aloe gel rub down ends the experience.
This means that you are free to carry on with your day and
can dispense with the shower usually necessary after a
waxing appointment. We use only the best products and our
materials are high quality, from waxing strips (no paper
strips!) to our towels, which are washed at home and
properly sanitized to ensure their cleanliness.

Our staff are constantly
trained and retrained to deal with your every desire; you
will find them friendly and intensely proud of their work. A
trip to our salon can also involve a departure from your
diet as we always offer all kinds of snacks to our clientele
and our hospitality is rigorous. From excellent coffee and
tea infusions to lemon and chocolate biscuits, we are ready
and willing to encourage you to treat your insides to a
little indulgence as well!
MAKE-UP & SPECIAL SERVICES
Our make-up department is
obviously the most well known side of our business, but in
the short time that we have been open our hair department
has also become extremely well known. Bina handles the
Dermalogica facials herself, ensuring that your skin gets
the very best treatment. Nadya Hussain, who is a Vidal
Sassoon trained hair technician, handles the hair department
with flying colours! Our blow dries are famous, our manis
and pedis are aromatic and relaxing, our treatments are
varied and luxurious, from Paul Mitchell hair masques to the
O.P.I pedis. Our massages use aromatherapy, from the classic
eucalyptus or tea tree to the more heady geranium or
bergamot, and the use of pressure points send you in to
a state of deep relaxation.
MAKE-UP CLASSES
We also run make-up classes,
where you will learn everything that you could need to know,
be it in a group atmosphere or one on one. If your eyebrows
have been massacred, come and consult with Bina who will
rescue them and bring them in to the best kind of shape
possible. We also have handsome gift certificates (that come
with beautiful crystal bottles of samples) so you should
never be lost again for a gift idea.
