ASIA LIVE is an all day casual dining outlet overlooking the poolside and lush tropical gardens of the Avari Towers Hotel, dominated by a spacious open show kitchen with pungent Tandoor ovens and panoramic floor to ceiling windows which wash the entire area with natural light. The 200 seat capacity restaurant opens each day at 7.00am for ASIA LIVE BREAKFAST, featuring Continental and Asian breakfast favorites, followed by ASIA LIVE LUNCH offering freshly cooked Asian, European, and contemporary global favorites from it’s wide range of buffet dishes.
During the evenings, the main area of the restaurant transforms into a sophisticated late night dining venue, offering an exotic classical curry & BBQ buffet entitled Moguls and Maharajahs, with gentle traditional music provided by Kashif Kamal until midnight.
The ASIA LIVE theme is predominant throughout all meal periods, with all hot items on the buffet cooked live and served within minutes. Whether Tandoor bread, BBQ grilled items, or wok fried Asian favorites, the emphasis is on quality, freshness, taste, and live cooking.
An eclectic a la carte menu (a welcome alternative to the ubiquitous buffet concept) is offered throughout the day and evening in a smaller section of the restaurant, named ASIA LIVE CAFE, adjacent to the show kitchen, which allows interaction between guests and the kitchen team.
Private dining rooms for tables of 8–14 guests are also available, named YING, YANG and
SHANG, with special VIP menus offered, occasionally cooked and served by a visiting celebrity chef, or by the General Manager, himself a passionate ex professional chef with a wealth of culinary experience earned in some of the finest kitchens of Europe and Asia.
The ASIA LIVE SUNDAY MUNCH takes place every Sunday throughout the year, from noon until 4.00pm, featuring the very best signature dishes from all the hotels flagship restaurants, including Asia Live, Fujiyama, Dynasty, Sky Grill and Cinnamon.
