We manage two air-conditioned banquet halls, each with a
capacity of 1000 guests. We also organize

IMPERIAL BANQUET LAWNS BY NIZAM
We are proud to announce the launch of Imperial Lawns,
conveniently located in two ideal locations, Clifton and
Shahrah-e-Faisal.
Both venues have a capacity of over 1000 guests and are
ideal for weddings, corporate dinners, private dinners and
exhibitions.
Nizam is also solely in charge of providing space at the
Imperial Lawns. Imperial Lawns are air-conditioned and are ideal for
all types of summer events.

AIR CONDITIONING RENTAL
Nizam has developed a line of HVAC and air-conditioning
products that are equipped to meet the requirements of any
event regardless of size or complexity. Our climate control
units maintain a comfortable environment under the hottest
of
mid-day sun.
A self-contained, narrow-profile HVAC design requires no
tubes or additional ventilation when installed. All units
have their own circuit breakers, are fully automatic and can
also be controlled manually. The result is a
professional-looking event space where air is evenly
distributed at just the right temperature for maximum
comfort.
For smaller venues, compact AC units provide plenty of
comfort and can be tucked conveniently out of the way.
FURNITURE RENTAL
Nizam has a wide variety of furniture to create the mood and

enough inventory to cater events up to 10,000 people,
perfectly customized to your requirements and desires.

PORTABLE BATHROOMS & RESTROOMS

These multi-user restrooms feature individual male and
female suites, porcelain sinks and toilets, chrome
faucets, and luxurious trim and finishing which are
available in cherry wood and marble. Tasteful artwork, music, and
full-length mirrors are also present in all restrooms, to
make participants feel comfortable in their
bathroom-away-from-home.
