THE FOOD
At Café 9, food quality and freshness
are of primary importance. The finest ingredients, organic
when available, are selected and high quality meats and
imported ingredients are used for the recipes. The head chef
has extensive culinary expertise and implements his talents
from his training and experience from one of the most famous Italian restaurants in
Dubai, while the other kitchen staff are well-trained and
supervised by the F & B managers of Café 9. Café 9 is
also very well-known for their tasty home-made desserts,
most of which are exclusive to Café 9.
Hygiene is of utmost importance and a special quality control
staff has been appointed to ensure proper on-site cleaning and food
handling practices are implemented at Café 9.

CAFÉ 9
Café 9 is a sister concern of the FS GROUP of
companies. The 1800 sq. ft. restaurant is a dream project of
the CEO, Mr.
Fahad Sultan Ahmed, who has always been inspired by good Italian
and continental food. He wanted to create an exceptional
venue with modern decor which would be comparable to top
venues in Pakistan and abroad. The establishment is run and managed by
his sister, Shehla Khan, who is also the managing director of the same group of
companies.
Café 9 strives to create a comfortable atmosphere and treats people generously
to make them feel special. Coupons for complimentary meals
